As one of Hong Kong’s most active art galleries, Geneyclee Gallery is running several projects during March. As you all know March is Hong Kong’s Art Month, as it stages three large contemporary art fairs: Art Basel, Art Central and Asia Contemporary Art. Geneyclee Gallery is just as focused on promoting new up-and-coming talents but realizing a lack of exposure towards Hong Kong artists, Geneyclee Gallery has decided to focus solely on the brilliance of Hong Kong Artists, showing the world Hong Kong’s vibrant and active art scene. Starting March 1st, Geneyclee Gallery will be starting off the month by showcasing work by two Hong Kong Artists on Level 5 of the Island Shangri-La Hotel in Central. 

One of the artists is named Pei Chung. His high demand in the online world for his captivating watercolor works has accumulated him of around 180,000 followers and opportunities to work for major brands such as Adidas, L’Oréal Paris, Fresh, VS Sassoon, TASAKI and many more. 

 

The second is Adwin Yau Wai Hoi, a full time Bank Manger, part time Marketing Director for the International Watercolor Society, and a designer for his very own line of paintbrushes. With every second he has to spare, Adwin paints mesmerizing works of art in both watercolor and oil paints. His painting skills were internationally recognized resulting in invitations for his work to be exhibited broad in places such as, Italy, Bulgaria, Canada and more.
